Trust at Wafleet
No WhatsApp gateway can promise zero bans on the unofficial protocol. Anyone who claims otherwise is lying. What we do instead: publish our actual rates, explain how we mitigate, and credit you when our system fails. This page updates daily.
Not enough data to publish ban rates yet.
We refuse to show percentages with sample sizes too small to be meaningful. At 1 tracked device, any number we'd display would be more marketing than truth. We'll publish rolling 30/90/365-day rates once the platform reaches 50+ tracked devices with 30+ days of history.
How we reduce ban risk
- • Per-device daily token bucket. Day 1 cap 10, ramping to unlimited over 5 days
- • Adaptive jitter (3–10s, +bonus for first contact) on every broadcast send
- • Circuit breaker pauses devices after 10 consecutive failures
- • Anti-ban score (0–100) per device, refreshed every minute
- • SafeMode halves all caps and locks every safety feature
When our system fails
If logs show our rate limiter, warmup, or circuit breaker failed to enforce its own rules, we credit you the pro-rata remainder of your billing period. SafeMode customers running 30+ days compliant get an extra 1-month credit on permanent ban.
See your dashboard for per-device incident history.
